Delivery areas & fees
We deliver across Lusaka and to all major towns in Zambia. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free delivery is offered on selected promotional items within Lusaka.
Order processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team tests and inspects every item to ensure 100% functionality before preparing it for dispatch. You will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the delivery address and timing.
Tracking your order
For now, tracking updates are shared directly via WhatsApp. We will message you when your order is dispatched and again when the rider is on the way.
