42-hour window

Request a return within 42 hours of delivery.

Valid Reasons Only

Factory faults, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered.

Quick refund

Approved refunds processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable

Change of mind or personal dislike is not accepted.

Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Factory or technical failure — the item does not function as intended out of the box.
  • Items received damaged — visible damage to the product on delivery.
  • Wrong item delivered — you received a different product from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal dislike, or emotional dissatisfaction once an order is placed and delivered in good working condition.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp within 42 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order details together with clear photo or video evidence of the technical fault, damage, or incorrect item.
  3. Once verified, we'll arrange pickup or a drop-off point convenient for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we'll process your refund using your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Mobile money refunds usually arrive faster.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within the 42-hour window with a clear photo or video. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement right away.
